Our loving mother Viola (Vi darlin) Lorene Bulin, 85, of Mansfield, went to be with her Lord July 24, 2021, peacefully in her sleep. She was born October 9, 1935, to Lonnie and Lema Williams in Grand Prairie, Texas.
She married the late Thomas A Bulin in 1953 and lived in Mansfield many years. Our father lovingly referred to her occupation as being a domestic engineer. Viola loved to sing, performing in the church choir, singing with the Cross-Country Band, Pickin-n-Grinin. Her and our father would travel to churches and assisted living venues from Texas to Florida. She really enjoyed Gospel Bluegrass. She passed her appreciation of music on to her children and grandkids. She was a member of TOPS for over 40 years and a lifetime member of Bisbee Baptist Church. Viola was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. As her health declined her Faith never wavered.
Viola was preceded in death by her loving husband Tommy, her daughter Renee LaZel, granddaughter Angel and her grandson William Bulin.
She is survived by her 4 boys: Lonnie and wife Susie of DeLeon, Tim and wife Bonnie of Frankston, Charles and wife Novalie of Mansfield, also the youngest and most handsome favorite baby boy Tommy Dale and his wife Tammy of Mansfield. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Blessing Funeral Home. Her service will take place 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 30,2021, at Bisbee Baptist Church. There will be a short graveside service 2:30 p.m. at Emerald Hills Cemetery.
