Velma Harrison

BURLESON -- Velma Ursalene Thom Harrison passed away Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012.        Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Blessing Funeral Home. Interment: Rendon Cemetery. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.        Velma was born June 2, 1914. She married Lonnie Shawver Harrison on Aug. 29, 1933, and they had 60 years together.        Velma was preceded in death by her husband; only son, Lonnie "Sonny" Harrison; one granddaughter, Evelyn Ruth Whitehead; one great-grandson, Tyler Willingham; her parents; and siblings.        Survivors: Daughters, Ruth McClary and Janis Willingham, both of St. Francis Village, and Barbara Willingham of Mansfield; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-great-grandchildren.
