Troy James Looney entered the Kingdom of Heaven on May 14, 2013. Service: 10 a.m., Saturday at Blessing Funeral Home, 401 Elm St., Mansfield. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Troy was born May 30, 1958 in Dallas, the son of J. K. and Mary Lois Lewis Looney. He was a 20 year veteran of the Dallas Fire Department, retiring in 1999. He loved the outdoors, but especially loved his family. Survivors: Sons, Travis James and wife, Elise, Ryan James and wife, Melissa; fiancée, Debbie Turner; grandson, Brayden James; sister, Charlotte Coker and husband, Bill; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
