Trey was born in Arlington, Texas on September 12, 1991, the son of John Wayne Phillips and Tracy Liann Stovall Phillips.
Survivors include his parents, John and Tracy Phillips; two brothers, Matt Phillips and wife, Stephanie and John Phillips and wife, Brittany; grandparents, Bill and Judy Stovall; neices and nephews, Keliee, Destinee, Kelbee, Brylee, Maycee and Porter; and numerous aunts and uncles.
