RIO VISTA -- Tommy Lee Hogan, 69, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 17, 2014. Tommy was born October 14, 1945 in Coleman, the son of James Franklin Hogan and Lucile Ward Hogan where he grew up and attended school. From the time he was a young boy, he always wanted to be a cowboy. He lived up to his childhood wishes and became a true cowboy and lived his life as one. There was not a more honorable, honest and trustworthy man than Tommy. And of course there was that teasing side of him. When he knew he was about to "get you" with a twinkle in his eye. He loved his family and would fight to the end for them. Tommy loved being out in God's country surrounded by livestock, riding his favorite horse with several dogs close by. Tommy ran the San Saba Livestock Auction Barn for many years and was a Master Electrician for 45 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
