Siuila (Sue) Fagafa Robinson went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2022 surrounded by her family. Sue was born in Utulei, American Samoa on December 17, 1967.
She graduated from Kodiak high school in Kodiak, Alaska. She met her loving husband, Derrick Robinson Sr. in Honolulu, HI and they married on January 28, 1987. Her husband was enlisted in the Navy so she followed him in his career and took care of the home and children. If there was one thing she loved in this life, it was her family. Her husband, her children and later grandchildren were her world.
She was diagnosed with Lupus in 2003 and fought for 19 years dealing with the Immune Deficiency disease, multiple other medical illnesses, and surgeries. She was truly an inspiration and fought until the very end. To be going through everything she did and still maintain a positive, loving, and strong unwavering attitude, made her the strongest woman we knew and to us an angel that walked this earth.
She enjoyed reading the Bible, politics, drawing, listening to music, eating the most delicious cuisines, but most of all spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her Grandmother Violeta Seui, father Duane Stymans, and husband Derrick Robinson Sr.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her four children; son Dwayne Robinson, daughter Cassandra Robinson, son Derrick Robinson Jr., and daughter Sydney Robinson. Grandchildren; Amelia Sherman, Azari Robinson, Druce Robinson, and Amaiya Robinson. Mother; Sileisa Stymans; Brother(s) Palasi Brown, John Stymans, Vernon Stymans, Mark Stymans, Scott Stymans; Sister(s) Noway Foeloa, Coleen Guthrie. Numerous family and friends across the United States and in American Samoa. Lastly, she leaves behind her beloved dog Angel.
Her family would also like to thank and acknowledge her doctors, nurses, and care takers (to include our extended family and friends) over the years who provided their time, extraordinary compassion, and care for her during her life. We are forever grateful to have had all the time we did with her and you all played a role in that. So again, from our family to yours, thank you.
