Shirley Ehman

ARLINGTON -- Shirley Marie Ehman died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Shirley was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 22, 1924 and lived there until she met her beloved husband at a UFO dance where he swept her off of her feet. They married 6 weeks later and had a loving marriage until he preceded her in death 62 years later. She loved to dance and was an avid card player who enjoyed playing Bridge and Pinochle with her friends at the Mansfield Senior Citizen's Center. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family. Her family would like to offer a special thank you to her special friends from Mission Hospice who provided wonderful care and support to her and her family during her time of need. Survivors: Daughters, Sandra McCormick and husband Pete of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Debbie Price and husband Mike of Arlington; Brother, Jerry Bolt and Sister, Phyllis Klein, both of St. Louis, Missouri; Grand Children, Michael McCormick and wife, Stephanie, Laurie Brown and husband, Chris, Jeff Price and wife, Deann, and Stephanie Price and fiancé, Roderick; Great Grand Children, Kaleigh, Cade, Rebecca, Allie, Sarah, Caleb and Chloe. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to a charity of choice.
