Sheryl Lynn Henderson

Sheryl Lynn Henderson, 53 of Weatherford, passed away on November 16, 2022. Sheryl was born August 9, 1969 in Arlington to Linda Sue (Skinner) Henderson and James Aaron Henderson Jr. She graduated from Mansfield High School.

Sheryl had two children, Megan and Brandon. She struggled for many years but had a great desire to be present in her children’s lives. Sheryl loved the beach because it brought her peace, taking care of her cat that would never leave her side, and talking on the phone with her children. Sheryl shared very close relationships with her sister, mother, and father. She really missed her Dad after his passing. In recent years she had expressed great gratitude to her parents for everything they had done for her in her life and it was in those years they were really able to enjoy their time together.

Sheryl is preceded in death by her beloved father, James Henderson Jr. and her grandparents, Morris and Mary Skinner and Thelda Henderson.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Linda Henderson; daughter, Megan Spry; son, Brandon Spry; sister, Brenda Baas; nephews, Mason Baas and Garrett Baas; Aunt and Uncle, Becky and Clyde Smith; cousins, Tammy Kent and Debby Hester and families; and other extended family and friends.
