Ruby Nell Wilcox

Ruby Nell Moore Wilcox passed away the evening of November 22, 2015, in Cedar Hill, Texas. Ruby Nell was 85 yrs old.

Ruby Nell was born June 28, 1930, in Mt. Vernon, Texas. She was the only daughter of Richard and Carrie Moore. Her siblings were Henry, Don, and Zach.

Nell met Ellory (Rusty) Wilcox in San Antonio where he was stationed in the Air Force, and they were married on September 3, 1950. They were both long time residents of the Greenville area and members of Highland Terrace Baptist Church.

Nell was a devoted wife and mother, and was involved in Sunday School and other various church activities. She was known for her love of baking, sewing and making crafts.

She is survived by son Danny Wilcox and wife Marquetta of Arlington, daughter Teresa Morris of Cedar Hill and daughter Debra Horn and husband Paul of DeSoto. Grandchildren: Kelly Ceritelli and husband Michael, John Morris, Andrea Horn, Jonathan Wilcox, Michea Wilcox and Collin Wilcox and wife Kori. Great-grandchildren: Addison, Kara and Nicholas Ceritelli and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Friday November 27th at Coker-Mathews Funeral home in Greenville, Texas from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be Saturday morning November 28th at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel in Greenville, Texas at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Memoryland Cemetery in Greenville Texas.

Ruby Nell was an amazing woman and will be missed by all!!
