Ronne Earl Owen

Ronne Earl Owen age 73 of Mansfield, Texas went peacefully to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 29, 2022, surrounded by friends and family. He was born April 23, 1948, to Kenneth and Ruth Owen in Horton, Kansas.

Ronne served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. After leaving the military he had a long career as a draftsman. Ronne had a passion for music, woodworking, drawing, and painting.

Ronne married Karen Lynn Reuber on September 22, 1973. Between the two of them, they have 5 children.

Ronne is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Ruth Owen and his brother Stephen Owen.

He leaves behind his loving wife Karen and his 5 children: son Kenny Owen and wife Nelda, daughter Annette Dixon and husband Eddie; grandchildren Taylor Turner and Mackenzie Turner, daughter Michelle Pease; grandchildren Kaitlynn Pease and Madison Pease; great-grandson Everett Middleton, daughter Kim Linebaugh; grandchildren Amanda Chapman, Kyle Pope and Adam Pope and daughter Angie Smith and husband Lance; grandchildren Heather Smith, Brittany Aden, Dallas Smith, and Nikolas Smith; great-grandsons Jersey Alpers, Braydee Smith, Blaze Aden, Noah Aden, and Caleb Aden. Ronne is also survived by his 5 siblings: Donnie Owen and wife Gwen, Cheryl Brock and husband Joe, Naomi Warren and husband John, Kenny Owen, and Meredith Owen and husband Wes.

Services: A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 9th at 2 pm at Cornerstone Bible Church in Cedar Hill, TX.
