Roland Blackwell

April 20, 1940 — January 17, 2013

Roland Cecil "RC" Blackwell passed away January 17, 2013. RC dedicated a majority of his life to counseling individuals with alcohol and substance abuse problems. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Survivors: Daughters, Sarah Holub and husband, JR, Summer Blackwell-Trevino and husband, Mario; granddaughters, Autumn and Miyia Zuniga and Kaylee Holub.
