Robert D. Rexroat

Robert Darrel Rexroat, 78 passed away April 5, 2018 in Mansfield, after a long courageous battle with prostate cancer. Robert, beloved husband, father and grandfather, was an army veteran, former reserve police officer, staunch democrat and aerospace engineer. Anyone who knew Robert understood his love for family, music and guitars. Robert is survived by his best friend and wife of 52 years, Jerrie, daughters Robin Davis and husband Stan, Shelly Fisher and husband Greg Bowen, five grandchildren; Reese and Riley Davis and Nick, Liz and Lauren Fisher, brother James Rexroat, sisters Maurine Padgett and Doris Sizemore and dogs Gizmo and Little Bear. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation, Gordon Historical Society or the ASPCA.
