GODLEY -- Robert James Ogletree Sr., formerly of Fort Worth, passed on Saturday, April. 13, 2013. Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Blessing Funeral Home, Mansfield. Graveside service to follow in Hawkins Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Robert served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1948-52. He was a member of the Chosin Few, the Forest Hill Jaycees, Deer Creek Lodge 510, Johnson and Tarrant County Masonic lodges. He served his country and community throughout his life. He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy M. Ogletree; father, James Nolan Ogletree; mother, Elsie Marion Durfee Ogletree; grandson, Robert James Ogletree III; sister, Katherine Stephenson; and brother, Furman Ogletree.        Survivors: Son, Robert James Ogletree Jr. and wife, Alice; daughter, Cindy Weems and husband, James; son, Jon Ogletree; son, David Ogletree and wife, Terry; sisters, Betty Reece, Wanda Elliott, and Marvelle Phipps and husband, Boyd; grandchildren, Teresa Vargas, Ferrell Weems, Sara Meadows, Jenna Ogletree, Matthew Weems and Whitney Ogletree; and five great-grandchildren.
