Rickey Lee Fletcher, 65, passed away September 1, 2019 in Mansfield. Rickey was born to Charles Edwin and Eula Fay (Allen) Fletcher on December 4, 1953 in Fort Worth.
Rickey served his country for 11 years in the United States Army, in the 6th Calvary Division, and 19 1/2 years as an Assembler and Customer Host for Walmart. However, for nearly 32 years, Rickey dedicated himself to Patricia Hill, who he met in 1987. Patricia Hill became Patricia Fletcher and began a love that brought 4 children and 11 grandchildren offering a lifetime of family memories to the Fletcher family. Rickey loved his family deeply and he will truly be missed by them.
Rickey is preceded in death by his father, Charles Fletcher.
Rickey is survived by his mother, Eula Fay Sims, wife Pat, sons Rickey Lee Fletcher, Jr. and Shane Lee Snelson, daughters Kelly Sue Holcomb and Shanna Delee Salter, brothers Randy and Terry Fletcher, sisters Sue Chancellor, JoAnn Parker and Trish McDonald, grandchildren Jose, Chad, Zeke, Hunter, Kolby and Quinton Holcomb, Adrianna Moore, Jamie and Lauren Salter, Austin and Carrie Snelson as well as many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
