Rebecca "Betty" M. Denson

Rebecca “Betty” Martha Denson, age 99, of Mansfield, TX, passed away at 12:04am on Friday, 4/20/2018. She was born on 10/23/1918 in Geneva, OH, by Charles and Alzada Johnson. She was the youngest of 5 children. She married Cecil Darwin Denson in 1971. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, her husband, and her stepson, Gary W. Denson. When she was able to be active, she was always serving others. She loved to bake, entertain, and volunteer. She loved card games and shopping with her friends. She was very involved in her church, Bisbee Baptist. She is survived by her son, Robert F. Trapp of Leander, TX; her daughter, Kathy A. Ewton of Mequite, TX; and her stepson Herbert C. Denson of Christoval, TX. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren: Robert Scott Trapp, Laura Vasquez, Teresa Langston, Stacey Henderson, Michelle Vongphakdy, Gary D.
