Raymond Thomas "Tom" Sprinkle, 82, passed away, peacefully, surrounded by his family, on July 18, 2017.
Tom was born August 24, 1934 to Louis Mack and Mary Louise (Annen) Sprinkle. He resided in Mansfield his entire life and was a member of First Baptist Church of Mansfield. He served as Vice President of his senior class and graduated Mansfield High School in 1953. Tom married the love of his life, Mary Beth Crouch, on July 23, 1955. Soon after marriage, Tom was drafted into the U.S. Army and served until April, 1963. Most all of his career was spent in industrial sales, where he began at Oliver H. Van Horn in 1956 and retired in October 2007 from M&H Supply. In addition to his career in industrial sales, Tom was passionate about the community and served the Mansfield ISD, Jaycees, and the Board of Trustees at Mansfield Community Hospital.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Beth, in 2010, both of his parents, and sister Ruth Ann Wright, earlier this summer.
Survivors include Daughters Carol Ann Isaacs (Husband Bobby Claude) of Waxahachie and Debra Smouse (Partner John O'Connor) of Dayton, Ohio; Granddaughters Emily Smouse (Partner Sal Memon), Alyssa Garrett (Husband Jon), Bailey Davis (Husband Dylan), Katie Smouse (Partner Brian Dorman), and Grandson John Daniel Isaacs (Partner Olivia Chavez); Great Grandchildren Tre Portillo, Landry and Finn Garrett and Mia Chavez; Sisters Dorothy Louise Griffin and Johnnie Charlene Howard (Husband Johnny Paul Howard).
Tom died peacefully in his daughter's home in Waxahachie after a short illness. He will be remembered as a loving family man who was beloved by all that met him.
