Pamela Griffin

MANSFIELD -- Pamela Audrene Griffin, 66, passed away after a brief illness on Monday, April 29, 2013, at a Mansfield hospital.        Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church Mansfield. Visitation: The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Blessing Funeral Home.        Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to a charity of your choice.        She was a lifelong resident of Mansfield and a member of First United Methodist Church Mansfield. Pam was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother "Nanny" and friend. She was a "people person" who never met a stranger. She had a loving heart and was always there to help others. Pam will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.        Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy "Dot" and Reid Schnorr, and sister, Brenda Schnorr Price.        Survivors: She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Wes; son, Brad Stewart of Mansfield; daughters, Shelley Stewart-Ratliff and husband, Harlan, of Mount Pleasant, Brook Griffin-Watson and husband, Wesley, of Cleburne; grandchildren, Deek Ratliff, Logan White, Karson Ratliff of Mount Pleasant, Luke Watson and Jake Watson of Cleburne; sisters, Bobbie Sue and husband, Paul Odom Jr., of Lillian, and Jimmie and husband, Tommy Zinn, of Irving; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
