Marilyn Margaret Hagar, 68, Passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus June 19, 2021.
Marilyn (or Nee Nee to her grandchildren) lived a fulfilling life as a mother, sister, wife and friend. Her work ethic was unmatched and after 40+ years in the corporate world, she embraced retirement and spent more time being Nee Nee.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Jene Galley, and her husband, Mac.
She is survived by her sons Brad Gaither and his wife Tifani, Doug Gaither and his wife Aly, and Chris Dunbar and his wife Kristi, as well as adored grandchildren, and her siblings Doris Higdon, Patsy Worthington, James Galley, Robert Galley and William Galley.
She will be greatly missed by all who love her. Marilyn's family is forever indebted to Andy, Debbie and the staff at Timber Rock House far the steadfast love and unwavering care they provided our mother for the last two years of her life. In lieu of flowers, to offer support for families in the Alzheimer / Dementia care at Timber Rock House, donations in Marilyn's memory can be sent to Timber Rock House, 3021 Timber Rock Lane, Midlothian, Texas 76065.
