Margaret Presscilla Powell

Margaret Presscilla Powell, 66, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2013 in Chugiak, Alaska. Margaret was born in Kentucky on April 30, 1947, the daughter of Drury Napolean Pierce and Mary Pearl Millard Pierce and married Ronald Milton Powell in El Dorado, Arkansas on February 12, 1973. She was a Christian and a strong believer in family. Margaret was a homemaker. She was a gardener and enjoyed collecting dolls. Margaret loved helping people in whatever way she could, especially children. She was the kind of person that would give her last dime or the shirt off of her back to help a person in need. Survivors include her children, Presscilla Estes, Willis O’Dell and wife Gina, Ron Powell and wife Morgan; grandchildren, Desiree', Amanda, Emmaleigh, Willis, Mathew, Payton and Lacey; great-grandchildren, Devyn, Dharyius, Da'liyiah, Gage and Lakeynn; siblings, Florence, Diane, Jewel, Robert, Michael; sister in law, Marti and brother in law Lonnie and wife Nancy; and a host of many other relatives and friends, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Powell, her mother, Mary and father Drury, her mother and father in law Mildred and Mel, one brother, Drury and two sisters Beverly and Brenda.
