We lost a great and beautiful lady when my wife passed away February 9, 2022 after a courageous fight with cancer. There will be a Funeral Mass at St. Jude’s Catholic Church, Mansfield, Texas, March 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM to celebrate her life. Her ashes will be interred in Calvary Cemetery at a date to be determined.
Margaret Mary Adams was born in Detroit Michigan on December 7, 1941 (Pearl Harbor Day). Marge met and married her husband, Allen Adams, in Michigan while both were employed with LTV Missile Division. They subsequently moved to Texas in January 1980. She retired from Lockheed Martin Missiles Division.
Marge’s greatest joy was family and her Church. She could never love her family more and she dedicated herself to church and helping other people. She was a person that never met a stranger and exhibited it through her participation in social functions and organizations. She was active at work and held the position of Vice President of the LM Division Management Club. She was also active in P.E.O., Mansfield Women’s Club, Catholic Women’s Club, N.C.C.W., D.C.C.W. (President for four years) and C/E Deanery. She was also a member of Walnut Creek Country Club for 28 years gathering many friends. Her greatest joy in life came from her children and grandchildren. There could never be a more loving and caring mother or grandmother. There are no words that can describe her feelings in this arena.
Marge was preceded in death by her mother and father and her brother Charles P. Spezia, and is survived by husband Allen Leon Adams, brother Bill Spezia, sister Jenny Tysar, daughter Mary Louise Joy, son James Martino, son Joseph Martino, son John Martino, stepdaughter Patricia Ann Rapplean, stepson Alan Dale Adams, grandchildren, Blake Carter, Brooke Carter, Gabriel Martino, Paulette Martino, Paige Martino, step grandchildren, Brian Carter, Jennifer Joy, Lydia Joy, Rebekah Joy, Scott Rapplean, Kristan Max, Amy Rapplean, Roger Brockman and many extended family.
