Lori Ann Chambers

Lori Ann Chambers, 55, passed away February 3, 2019 in Arlington. Lori is a graduate of Arlington High School and a 20 year labor and delivery nurse at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Lori greatly affected everyone she worked with and passed on her skills to nurses and doctors. She enjoyed extreme holiday decorating, working, shopping and, most of all, being with her children and grandchildren.
Lori is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Willard and Diana Jean (Lalondle) Bouchard and her two sons, Christopher and Eric Chambers.
Lori is survived by her husband, Gordon, sons Matthew and Patrick Chambers, daughter Sarah Chambers, grandsons Vincent Dalton, Casey Cantrell and Carter Rios, brother Mike Bouchard, sister Connie Bouchard and aunts Karen Renshaw and Patsy Ramie.
