Linda Parker Statum

Linda Ann Parker Statum, age 71 of Kennedale, Texas went to be with the Lord, on September 10th, 2021 in Mansfield. She was born December 15, 1949 in Waco, Texas. Linda graduated from Dallas Christian School and attended Oklahoma Christian University. She married the love of her life, Jack Statum on February 1, 1975. They were the proud owners of Star Bindery for over 30 years. Linda loved to travel with her family and especially loved the beach. She was the strongest woman many have ever known. She was a 21year breast cancer Survivor. Linda’s favorite hobby was being a Grandmother and being “Lulu” to her 3 granddaughters. She was a good friend and was very active in her church. Linda loved Jesus. She was a true believer.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Faye Parker; daughters, Renee Chappell and Son-in-law Cory and Jennifer Statum and Daughter-in-love Angie; granddaughters, Mia and Bentli Chappell and Elli Statum; siblings, Darlene Warwick, Leah Lemmons, Delbert Parker, Jr., Janie Baggett; several nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends. Linda was preceded in the death by her father, Delbert Parker, Sr. and loving husband of 41 years Jackie Elbert Statum.
