Leta Faye Hackett

Leta Faye Hackett, 68 of Axtell Texas, went to be with the Lord on January 3, 2023. Leta was born to Berta and Andrew Hill on November 4, 1954 in Fort Worth Texas. She graduated from Mansfield Highschool and had her beautician license by the time she was 18 years old. Leta went on to obtain her instructor license from the Vogue Academy and carried forward her career there as a beauty instructor. She had great pride in her job and loved the ladies she worked with at Vogue.

Leta was a devoted daughter, loving mother, and doting Nana to her grandchildren. She loved plants, feeding the birds and adored her dogs.

She is preceded in death by her father, Andrew Paul Hill and leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Berta Lee Krantz Hill; son, James Hill and wife, Lindsay; grandchildren, Rachel Hill and Andrew Hill; and her two dogs, Baby and Bailey. She will be dearly missed by all.

The family has entrusted services to Blessing Funeral. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM with a graveside service immediately following at Hudson Cemetery in Kennedale.
