Lawanna Hamilton

MANSFIELD -- Lawanna Jean Hamilton went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.        Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Blessing Funeral Home, Mansfield. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Blessing, Brother Walter Sanders of Rehoboth Baptist Church, Arlington, officiating.        Lawanna was predeceased by her father, Samuel J. Snider; and brothers, Darrell and J.D. Snider.        Survivors: Husband of 36 years, Loy G. Hamilton; children, Russell Hamilton, Melissa Hamilton, Sarah Offill and husband, Chris; grandson, Jonathan Hamilton; mother, Jorene Snider; brother, Larry Snider and wife, Robin; numerous Christian friends and relatives.
