Kenneth Gray West

ALVORD -- Kenneth Gray West, 83, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015.
Service: 10 a.m. Friday at Mansfield Church of Christ. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Blessing Funeral Home, Mansfield.
Kenneth moved to the Arlington area in 1954. He worked at General Motors from 1954 to 1968. He went into business for himself as an excavator contractor from 1968 to 2002 and retired moving to Alvord.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Cleo West; brothers, Fred, Billy, Bobby, David and Willie West; sister, Dorothy West; and grandson, Randy Minchew.
Survivors: Wife, Janie M. West of Alvord; sons, Steve West and wife, Gayla, Joel West of Fort Worth; daughters, Judy Hubbard of North Richland Hills, Cathy Minchew and husband, Gary, of Mansfield; grandchildren, Carissa McGuire (Andy), Dustin Minchew (Miranda), Cameron West (Katy), Brandon Hubbard (Melissa), Cody Hubbard (Courtney), Corbin Hubbard, Chelsey Minchew, Tyler, Caylen and Claire West; great-grandchildren, Gracie West, Greyson Hubbard and Andrew McGuire; brother, Roy West Jr. of Montague; sisters, Otie Wade of Irving, Helen Johnson of Bonham, Ottie Miller of Gainesville; and a host of nieces and nephews.
