Karina Esquivel, 32, passed away peacefully on Friday September 18, 2020 after a valiant battle of 5 years with cancer.
She was born September 14, 1988 in Fort Worth, Texas. She met Arturo in middle school and later married on December 12, 2013. On December 30, 2015, Karina gave birth to Addison Faith Esquivel. She enjoyed spending quality time and making silly videos with her Addi. She enjoyed nights out dancing, traveling, and family gatherings. If you heard her laughing, you definitely knew she was putting snap chat filters on someone, that’s what would make her laugh the most. Karina was a wife, loving mother, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, cousin, compadre, and friend.
She is survived by her husband Arturo Esquivel; daughter Addison; parents Alejandro and Esther Rodriguez; siblings Adriana, Francisco, and Alejandro Jr; In-laws Arturo, Yolanda, Alma, Yolanda, and Yovan Esquivel along with brother- in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, compadres, friends, and many cousins.
Service will be held on Tuesday September 22, 2020 from 6:00pm-8:00pm starting with a rosary. Church Ceremony will take place Wednesday September 23, 2020 at 12:00pm at St. Jude Catholic Church 500 E. Dallas St, Mansfield, TX 76063 followed by the burial at Mansfield Cemetery, Cemetery Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063.

Nació el 14 de septiembre de 1988 en Fort Worth, Texas. Conoció a Arturo en la escuela secundaria y luego se casó el 12 de diciembre de 2013. El 30 de diciembre de 2015, Karina dio a luz a Addison Faith Esquivel. Disfrutaba pasar el tiempo en familia y hacer videos chistosos con su Addi. Disfrutaba de las noches bailando, viajando y reuniones familiares. Si la escuchaste reír, definitivamente sabías que estaba poniendo filtros de snapchat en alguien, eso es lo que la hacía reír. Karina era esposa, madre amorosa, hija, daughter nuera, prima, comadre y amiga.
Le sobreviven su esposo Arturo Esquivel; hija Addison; padres Alejandro y Esther Rodríguez; hermanos Adriana, Francisco y Alejandro Jr; Suegros Arturo y Yolanda Esquivel, Cuñadas/Cuñados Alma, Yolanda y Yovan Esquivel junto con cuñados, cuñadas, sobrinas, sobrinos, tías, tíos, compadres, amigos y muchos primos.
El servicio se llevará a cabo el martes 22 de septiembre de 2020 de 6:00 pm a 8:00 pm comenzando con un rosario. La ceremonia de la iglesia se llevará a cabo el miércoles 23 de septiembre de 2020 a las 12:00 p.m. en la iglesia católica St. Jude 500 E. Dallas St, Mansfield, TX 76063, El entierro sera en Mansfield Cemetery, Cemetery Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063.
