Jose Dejesus Rodriguez

Jose DeJesus Rodriguez was born in Watervilet, Michigan on August 04, 1958. He graduated from Weslaco High School in 1977 and attended Pan America University.
He enlisted in the ARMY (1981-1986) serving four years defending his country. He was honorably discharged. He received Expert Rifle M-16/Marksman (hand grenade)/ Army Service Ribbon/ Army Good Conduct Medal and Veterinary Food Inspector.
Joe(Dad) as we called him was a thrill seeker. He lived for adventure and loved roller coasters. He would brighten up and smile with uncontrollable laughter as he was about to scare us on a roller coaster. Joe loved Metallica, AC/DC and other legendary heavy metal bands.
Without question, Joe's greatest joy came from his 3 kids and 6 grandkids. He was dedicated to his loved ones and never wanted to put anyone in burden with his sickness. No matter how busy he would make time for a scary movie with his kids and grandkids. It was always a pleasure to be in his company.
Joe will reunite in death with his mom, Roberta Alejos Rodriguez and his daughter Rebecca Rodriguez.
Former Army Specialist Four will be laid to rest by his beloved kids, Jose Angel Rodriguez, Estela Aguirre, Venessa Singh; Siblings, Mary Anna Reyes, Rosalinda Rodriguez, Esmeralda Cardenas, and Grandkids, Rebecca Marie Zarate, Abigail Rosario Rodriguez, Leonardo Rodriguez, Joseph Martinez, Ezequiel Rodriguez and Fabian Martinez.
