Jose M. Mejia, age 51, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2020 after a valiant battle of 2 years with brain cancer.
He was born November 20,1968 in Allende, Coahuila. He met Cynthia and later married her and started a family. Jose was a successful general contractor. On his time off, he enjoyed to hunt, fish, build crafts, and spend time with family and friends. He loved his family and is now watching over them from heaven.
He is survived by his wife Cynthia Mejia; children, Viridiana, Arely, Óscar Enrique and Yissel; son-in-law, Eric Gutierrez; mother, Virginia Cardenas; brother and sister-in-law, Oscar and Rita Mejia along with nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Oscar Mejia.
Service will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 2:00 PM with visitation to follow. Burial will be held in Nava, Coahuila.
