John Douglas Trousdale

November 18, 1935 — August 12, 2021

John ( Jack) Trousdale, 85, of Mansfield Texas, passed away Thursday August 12, 2021. Jack was born in Sacramento, California on November 18, 1935 to Lloyd and Genevieve Trousdale. He graduated from Sacramento High School and received a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. Jack was married to Virginia Hanson on June 18, 1960, in Minot, North Dakota and he had a career in Government/ Military for the United States Air Force and Army, AAFES. He was also a member of Hope Lutheran Church and had a passion for Gardening, Investment clubs, and watching the Texas Rangers.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Genevieve Bunner Trousdale. He is survived by his wife, Virginia R. Trousdale; children, Michael Trousdale and wife Valarie, Shannan Trousdale, and Amy Fornero; grandchildren, Amanda Flores, and husband Manny, Dustin Trousdale and wife Tina, William Trousdale, Sophia Fornero, and Rachel Fornero.
