Joe was born in Zephyr, Tex on September 10, 1938, the son of Clarence Stanley Baker and Emma Ruth Bailey Baker. He married Sonia Beth McQueary in McKinney, Texas on August 21, 1965.
He is survived by his Wife, Sonia Baker; two sons, Phillip Baker and wife Laura, David Baker and wife Alison; 13 grandchildren.
