Jerry Wayne Churchwell

Jerry Churchwell of Fort Worth, Texas, born January 26, 1949 to Cecil Churchwell and Windalene Rattan, died December 9, 2024 after a battle with COPD and Emphysema. Jerry was a proud Marine who served in the Vietnam war. He was a Semi-truck driver for the majority of his life and he was also an avid Harley Davidson rider. Jerry loved his friends like family and surrounded himself with them. 

Jerry was preceded in death by his mother Winnie, his father Cecil, brother Don Churchwell, sister Judy Soto. 

Jerry was survived by his sister-in-law Ann Churchwell, brother-in-law George Soto; children son Robert Churchwell, daughter Debi Coulter and husband Chad Coulter, daughter Teresa Ferguson and husband Jeb Ferguson, and son Casey Churchwell; grandchildren Destiny Churchwell and wife Alex Churchwell-Cambora, Miranda Cline and husband Jordan Cline, Gavin Coulter, Mellanie Churchwell, Kylie Drake and Luke Ferguson, CJ Liah and Liam Churchwell; great grandchildren Carter Cline, Mayslynn Navarro and Coen Cline.

Jerry will be missed by his family and friends and all the lives he touched.
