James P. Holveck left this world to be with the Lord following many years of illness on March 14, 2018. He fought these challenges with dignity and grace until the Lord, Our Father, called him home to be with his mother Juanita and father Victor.
He was born in Dallas, TX on January 27, 1949 and lived his early years in Grand Prairie, TX. Later, he would move to Fort Worth, TX with his parents and brother, where he graduated from Nolan Catholic High School and Texas Christian University. James worked for Security State Bank most of his career and had three children. James loved spending time at his parent’s farm, snow skiing, water skiing, camping, and fishing, but what he loved most was his family. In his later years, when he was unable to do physical activities, he found all his enjoyment in spending time with his children’s families as well as his brother’s family.
James will be remembered as a father, brother, husband, and friend that was passionate, energetic and the life of the party. For those who had the chance to know James, and love, or be loved by him, he will truly be missed.
James is preceded in death by his mother Agnes Juanita Holveck, and father Victor Holveck.
James is survived by his Daughter Stasia Crunk (husband Jeffery), Grandson Jaden and Granddaughter Brinley Reese, Sons Philip Holveck (wife Danielle) Grandson Tristan Enoch, Matthew Holveck (wife Amber) and Granddaughter to be, Brother Carl Patrick Holveck (wife Jan) Nephews Patrick, Timothy, and Sean, Nieces Tobi, and Shea, Mother of his children Judith Lynn Vandiver and many cousins and friends.
