Granville Andrew Green, Jr

G.A. Green, 81, of Mansfield, Texas passed away Wednesday December 22, 2021. He was born in Burnet, Texas on July 23, 1940. G.A. graduated from Odessa High School and went to Odessa College. He was married to Martha K. Jordan on Sept 19, 1959 in Odessa Texas. G.A. started his own company with a friend and moved to Arlington, Texas in 1968. In 1972 he started building custom homes and built his last one in 2019 and retired. He attended First Methodist Church in Mansfield and had a passion for family, friends, golf, and football. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Long Horns.
G.A. is preceded in death by his father, Granville Andrew Green. Sr, mother, Lyda; sister, Sandra Proctor; and nephew, Mike Proctor. He is survived by his wife, Martha Kay Green, daughters, Nanette Mills (Steve), Lisa Sutphin (Greg), Laurie Mitchell (Austin) and Laura Green; grandchildren, Taylor, Clayton and Geoff Mills, Whitney Jwanowski, Brooke Joseph, Thomas Mitchell and Danielle Anthony; nine great grandchildren; and one on the way; brother, Jerry Green; brother -in- law Bill Proctor.
