Gene Johnson, 76, of Lillian, passed away February 21, 2020. Gene was born to Fred and Annelee Johnson on April 22, 1943 in Hixon, Tennessee. Gene was in the marble business, founding Arlington Marble in 1971. He is proceeded in death by his parents, son and siblings.
Gene is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sandy, sons Chris, Matt and Nick (fiance Kayla) Johnson; daughters Ashley Shoults (husband Philip), Colt Briscoe (husband Billy) and Brittney Johnson (fiance Chris Ingermann); grandchildren Forest, Madeline, Remington, Libby, Corbin, Laine, Luke, Blaine, Saylor, Jaxxx, Jet, Olive, Heartly, Savy and Nora; great granddaughters Lillianna and Piper, numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
He was a loving husband, father and papa. Gene will be dearly missed by all.
