Eula Fay Allen Sims was born in Lone Oak, TX on September 28, 1936 to Arlie Lee and Dovie May Daniels Allen. A beautiful, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 17, 2021. Eula Fay never met a stranger and would always great them with a big Texas welcome “Howdy, how are you”?! She was always complimented on her beauty and her sweet demeanor. She loved to give sweet, big, tight long hugs that made you feel the love that she had for you.
She was married to her husband, Alford Joe Sims on December 27, 1966.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 sisters, 1 brother and her eldest son, Rickey Lee Fletcher.
Eula Fay is survived by her sons Randy Fletcher of Mansfield, Terry Fletcher of Midland; daughters Sue Chancellor of Fort Worth, JoAnn Parker of Joshua, and Patricia McDonald of Haslet; son in laws, Russell Chancellor and Kenny McDonald; daughter in law Patricia Fletcher of Mansfield. She left a grand legacy of 17 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 14 great-great grandchildren. Eula Fay is also survived by 4 brothers, Buddy Allen of Mineola, Donald Allen (wife Betty) of Hamilton, Jimmy Melton of Fort Worth, and George Melton (wife Barbara) of Cleburne, 1 sister Kathy Rivera of Fort Worth, and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends.
She was loved dearly and will surely be missed by ALL!
