Eric Lee Chambers

Eric Lee Chambers, 36, gave his life saving five people from a burning house fire on December 25, 2017 in Arlington.
Eric played football at, and graduated from, Mansfield High School in 1999. While having a lot of demons in his life, he was a caring person and a loving father; he enjoyed spending time with his children and gardening. For those who knew and loved Eric, he will be missed.
Eric is preceded in death by his brother Christopher.
Eric is survived by his parents Gordon and Lori Chambers, sons Vincent (mother Laura Dalton) and Casey Chambers (mother Shelly Chambers), daughter Brooklynn McKalya Chambers (mother Misty Odom), brothers Matthew and Patrick Chambers, sister Sarah Chambers, grandmother Dorothy May Chambers, several aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
