Eliseo Fernandez

June 14, 1962 — August 31, 2021

Eliseo Fernández was born in Nava, Coahuila, Mexico. He grew up in Eagle Pass, Texas and then moved to Grand Prairie, Texas where he lived at time of death.
Eliseo Fernandez is survived by his wife Lourdes Fernandez, daughters Janel Patek and Izanel Fernandez, his son-in-law Jeff Patek, his 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
Eliseo was a good man, a great husband, an amazing father, and a friend to many; a hard worker who worked for Adleta Corporation for over 30 years and Estes Express Lines for 4. He was a person with infinite creativity and when in a bind he used his imagination to create some new invention in order to make life easier.
Eliseo had a number of hobbies such as deer hunting, horseback riding, cars, and fishing; all of these he enjoyed with his family and friends.
Eliseo leaves indelible memories in each of the people who were blessed to meet him. He was an extremely cheerful and spontaneous person, capable of making us laugh with one of his occurrences like when he told his daughters that he was “GordoCute” first because he was “Gordo” and then because he was “Cute”.
Thank you very much Eliseo for your kind love and for all the memories you leave in all of us.
We will always love you and we will carry you in our hearts.
