Eleanor Gomez, 77, passed away November 16, 2016. Eleanor was born in Kauai, Hawaii on May 28, 1939, and was the adopted child of Fernando Campos and Tomasa (Villarin) Campos.
Mrs. Gomez was married December 25, 1962 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Arthur Gomez, who was a sailor in the U.S. Navy. Eleanor, an Army veteran herself, continued serving her country as a civil service employee for the commissary at Camp Smith in Ouhau, Hawaii and retired in 2004.
Eleanor is survived by her husband, Arthur, Daughter Michelle, son Carlos, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
For those who knew and loved Eleanor, she will be truly missed.
