David Elton Teague

David Elton "Bub" Teague, 81, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

Elton was born in Fort Worth, Texas June 12, 1939, the son of William Oliver “Buck” Teague and Viola Vivian VanSickle Teague. He married Betty Jean Cook May 17, 1958 in Gainesville, Texas. Elton was retired and co-owner of Urgent Foundation Repair.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Betty Teague; daughters, Linda Caldwell and Sharon Mayfield; grandchildren, Cane Caldwell, Brandon Caldwell and wife Toni, and Jackie Mayfield and wife Tricia; great grandchildren, Alexis Mayfield, Boady Caldwell and Dalton Caldwell; sister, Wanda Stotts and husband Richard; numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends.

Elton was preceded in death by his parents, Buck and Viola, son, David Elton Teague, Jr., sisters, Marilyn Arthur and Gay Nell Montgomery, and brother James Salmon.
