David Mark Pallett

David Mark Pallett was born on May 9, 1960 in McKinney, Texas to Wayne and Kathryn Pallett. David passed from this life March 7, 2023 due to complications from Dementia. He was a helpful, giving, and caring person. David had a very generous heart, donating time, energy, and money to various charitable organizations. David grew up in Irving, Texas before purchasing his home in Bedford. He began his early career as a manager for Long John Silvers after graduating high school and became the youngest manager in the company. David left Long John Silvers for employment with the Santa Fe railroad in April 1994. He worked his way up to Locomotive Engineer with the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway. Growing up David was a true railroad buff and he enjoyed collecting trains and antiques for the rest of his life.

David is survived by his brother Mike and wife Carolyn; nephew James and wife Cinthia Pallett and great-niece Juliette Pallett; and great-nephew Ian Perez. He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Kathryn Pallett and his niece Ginger Perez. Services will be held at Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield, Texas Saturday, March 11th at 10:00 a.m., with burial to follow at Rowlett Creek Cemetery in Plano.
