Charles Owens

Charles Ray Owens, 60, of Alvarado, Texas, passed away at home on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Charles was born in Fort Worth, Texas on June 28, 1953, the son of William Harris Owens, Jr. and Betty Joe Robbins Owens. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a former fire fighter. Survivors include his Mother, Betty Owens of Alvarado, Texas; one brother, Randy Owens of Tucson, Arizona; and one sister, Sue Mayes of Houston Texas. Charles was preceded in death by his father, William and one brother, William Michael Owens.
