Carol Christian passed from this life on Sunday, October 27, 2019

Born in Gainesville Texas in 1938 to Henry and Evelyn Luebbert, they moved to Fort Worth. She graduated from Poly High School in Fort Worth and attended business school where she met and married her husband Donald Christian in 1959. They moved to the area around Rendon Texas in 1962. She worked for many local businesses as a bookkeeper including the Mansfield livestock commission and Gerry’s beauty salon and worked at the Mansfield public library where she retired. She also operated a home based businesses including a chicken hatchery and income tax preparation service.

She loved to cook for family and friends and was an avid reader. She was very active in her church and the band parents organization at Mansfield High School having all 4 of her children in the band at various times. Carol was a devoted wife, mother and friend.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughter Mary Rebecca who died at childbirth.

She is survived by her sister Henriette Wright and husband JC of Bedford; Nephew Kerry Wright and niece Amanda Grogean; Daughter, Heather Neal and husband Gerald; grandson James and granddaughter Mackenzie of Mansfield; Son Christopher Christian and wife Kay; grandsons Daniel and William of Fort Worth; Son Jonathan Christian and wife Erin of Mansfield; grandson Tyler and wife Alyssa; great granddaughter Addison of Tyler, TX; granddaughter Breanna and grandson Quentin of Mansfield; Son Judge Christian; grandson Justice and granddaughter Emma of Gainesville TX; Nephew Tracy Eldredge and niece Jamelyn Weston; And many good friends.
