Calvin Livingston

January 8, 1956 — August 1, 2012

MANSFIELD -- Calvin Thomas Livingston, while surrounded by family and friends, left this earthly life to be with his heavenly Father on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, after a long, hard fought battle with cancer. Memorials: Cancer Care Services of Fort Worth. Calvin was born Jan. 8, 1956 and grew up in Fort Worth until his family moved to Covington where Calvin graduated from Covington High School. He then proudly served four years in the U.S. Air Force. Calvin returned home and became a top notch machinist, working for L.T.V. among others, before finally finding his calling in the floral business. After many years working in the floral business, he and his wife Eula opened and operated their own florist shop in Mansfield. Calvin loved the outdoors and was always an avid hunter and fisherman. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him, and he will be missed enormously by his family, neighbors and friends. Calvin's wife Eula and their entire family would like to express their deepest heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all the support and encouragement from their wonderful church family, Life Family Church of Mansfield. Calvin was preceded in death by his father, Thomas R. Livingston and sister, Cynthia Livingston Ray. Survivors: Calvin is survived by his loving wife Eula; mother, Doris Livingston of Mansfield; sons, William Livingston, Kenny Hardin, and Ronnie Hardin and wife Stephanie; brothers, Ron Livingston, Mel Livingston and their families; seven granddaughters; numerous nieces and nephews.
