Bruce Frank Selman

Bruce Frank Selman, 75 of Rendon, went home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2022. Bruce was born to Evelyn and Frank Selman on December 22, 1946 in Fort Worth.

Bruce married his wife of 57 years, Patricia June Bomar, on June 11, 1965. Together they had two sons.

He lived his life by faith and in simple dependence and love for the Lord Jesus. His humble example touched the hearts of many; “be a model of the believers, in word, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity” (1st Timothy 4:12).

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Evelyn Selman; and his sister, Margaret Selman Hackney.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory beloved wife, Pat Selman; sons: Scotie Wayne Selman and wife Tonja, and Michael David Selman and wife, Mary; grandchildren: Shannon Marie Hibbert, Wesley Scot Selman, Nathanial Owen Selman, Trevor Michael Selman, and Trent David Selman; great-grandchildren: Rhett Matthew Hibbert, Clara Marie Hibbert, and one great granddaughter on the way; brother: Tim Selman and wife, Diane; sister: Terrye Selman Puente and husband, Jimmy; and numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
