Billy Copeland

Billy R. "Cotton" Copeland, 78, of Fort Worth, passed away at 6:03 P.M. on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, in Huguley Memorial Medical Center. Cotton was born in Midlothian on September 20, 1933, the son of Henry Copeland and Vessie Uselton Copeland. He graduated from Midlothian High School and was a veteran of the United States Army, serving from November 10, 1953 to October 22, 1955. Cotton married Mary Evelyn Eubanks Kimble on June 28, 1968 in Fort Worth. He was a maintenance mechanic. Cotton was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, two step-sons, Dale Kimble and Robert "Butch" Kimble and two grandsons. Survivors include two Step-daughters, Mary Cook and Darlene Johnson; step-daughter in law, Cynthia Kimble; 12 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; uncle, Stack Uselton.
