Billie G. Scott, 85, of Kennedale, Texas, passed away Friday, September 12, 2014 at Pecan Manor in Kennedale.
Billie was born in Paducah, Texas on June 14, 1929, the son of Horace Valentine Scott, Jr. and Vassie Lee Blagg Scott. He married Vera Corene Scott in Boston, Massachussetts on June 4, 1953. Billie was a veteran of the United States Navy and a retired pipe fitter.
Survivors include his Children, Debbie Messer, Tammy Scott, and Kevin Scott and wife Rose; grandchildren, Scotty Messer, Charles Scott, Jeffrey Messer, Kevin J. Scott, Kassandra Scott, Kingsley Scott, Khloee Scott and Sox Scott; sisters, Pauline Love, Sue Gibbs, Helen King and Brenda Simmons, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
