MANSFIELD -- Billie Ruth Brinkley, 82, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012. Service: 11:15 a.m. Friday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Billie was predeceased by her husband, Willie Dean; youngest son, David; and granddaughter, Tracy. Survivors: Children, Melanie, Kay, Sherri, Steve and their spouses; daughter-in-law, Terri Brinkley Kleen; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her dog, Lucy.
