Betty Priest, 85, of Mansfield, Texas, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017 in Arlington, Texas.
Betty was born in Britton, Texas on October 19, 1931, the daughter of Willie B. Johnson and Lucille Dillard Johnson. She married Roland Priest July 19, 1952 in Midlothian, Texas. Betty was a longtime member of Rehoboth Baptist Church where she taught the Ladies Class. She retired from the banking industry after 45 years. Betty loved to cook, working puzzle books and reading her daily newspaper.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Harold Johnson and her husband, Roland Priest.
Betty is survived by her Daughter, Kelly Priest of Mansfield; sister in law, Betty Garner of Nashville, Tenn.; nephew, Steven Bowman of Nashville; niece, Monica Meier of Lowell, Mich.
