Benjamin Joseph Dupriest

The family of Benny DuPriest is saddened by the death of our beloved Benny.
Benny DuPriest, loving husband, father, step-father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and cousin passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 with his family at his side.
Born November 11, 1943 in Dallas, Texas. Benny is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Emily Du Priest and his son Michael DuPriest.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy, his daughter, Robyn Huffman (Bart), stepchildren, Jessie McMillan (Matthew), and Zachary Gonzales, brother Harvey (Patsy), and sister Shirley (Jack). He is also survived by precious grandchildren, Shelby, Savannah, Sierra , and great-granddaughter, Marley, plus many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Benny graduated from Kimball High School, Dallas, Texas, then continued working in the family business, Harvey DuPriest and Sons Silk Screen Printers.
Benny was a fun loving guy who loved Jesus, his family, friends, nature, Texas, and his cabin in Colorado.
A celebration of Benny's life will begin with visitation on Tuesday, March 7, from 6 to 8 pm at Blessing Funeral Home, 401 Elm St., Mansfield, Texas.
Memorial Service at 2:30 pm at St. John's Lutheran Church, 1218 Debbie Lane, Mansfield Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you contribute to a heart, lung or kidney foundation or to a charity of your choice in memory of Benny.
