Al Crouch

Arthur Lee Crouch “Al”, 79 of Mansfield, went to be with the Lord on December 20, 2022. He was born to Mary Thelma and Howard Malcolm Crouch on July 2, 1943 in Fort Worth. He graduated from Whitewright High School and went on to complete college credits at Arlington State College (UTA).

Al was married to Anita Kay Bell on April 3, 1970 in Waxahachie, Texas. Together they had two daughters.

He had a career in the oil industry working as a consultant and custom blender for several different oil and lubricant companies for over 40 years.

He was a member of Mansfield Church of Christ and served as an elder for 31 years.

Kwik Styx softball was a passion he enjoyed, along with serving others and collecting all the tools and guns he could find a space for.

Al was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Thelma and Howard Malcolm Crouch; and his siblings, Joe and Barbara Crouch, Jerry Crouch, and Ralph Crouch.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Anita Crouch; daughters, Leann Crouch and Kristi Kahlden; grandchildren, Kaylee Grubbs, Hannah Grubbs, Dylan Kahlden and Preston Kahlden; sister, Sarah Crouch; sister-in-law, Anita Crouch and numerous nieces and nephews, who lovingly called him “Uncle Al the kiddies pal”.

The family has entrusted services to Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield. A visitation will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the Mansfield Church of Christ on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 10:00AM with committal immediately following at Mansfield Cemetery.
